Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom Jewelry: All custom or personalized pieces are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at ejmedina92@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange a non-custom item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
